Double Columns Headstock and Tailstock Lifting Welding Positioners
Machine overview:
Double column elevating welding positioner is mainly used for
solving problems of high position , also can weld seam provide low
installation position.make workpiece clamp and fix more easily .
The revolving device may be one motor or double motors.
The synchronous elevating type mainly use chain with 2 motors. The
revolving device oftern use 1 motor drive . But if the workpiece
eccentric,we usually use 2 motors drive the workpiece revolving.
Notice : We often special produce this type machine according to
technical characteristic of workpiece : length , width , height ,weight ,
seam position. So if you are interested in this machine , you must
give me drawings of your workpiece.
Description
1. The Headstock is generally powered and the Tailstock is
free-wheeling.
2. Long complex structures can be turned to make the work execution
easier for the welder.
3. The same as welding rotator & postioner, headstock and tailstock
rotatry welding positioners can be used for a variety of parts and
suitable for long objects.
4. Typically a Head & Tailstock Welding Positioner is used for long
rectangular shapes that must be supported from both ends.
5. Both fixed height rotation centerline and power elevating models
are available for ergonomic placement of the weldment.
6. Head stock tail stock positioners capacity ranges up to 100 Tons
and various flexibility in job handling.

Marks
1. If your work piece is pipe, please advise us the pipe diameter
for the welding chuck model.
2. If your work piece is too long or height , please advise us to
adjust the table center height .
3. If you want the clamps for your special work piece , then please
advise us the details drawings.

1. Pipe to pipe (or Elbow or Flange);
2. Shaft, dish, cylinder, etc welding;
3. Framework of car, digger arm, loading machine, digger machine;

Workpiece welding way
1. We have 3 jaws or 4 jaws chucks for chosen.
2. Special clamps are available,but we have to design according to
your work piece detail drawings.
3. Bolt fixed the work piece on the turning table then weld with
the automatic welding guns.
4. Using together with the auto welding robot.
5. Just advise me yours requestion for detail proposal.
